What materials are used in Horus watch straps?
We use the highest quality materials available, including medical-grade FKM rubber for durability and comfort, as well as premium leathers and durable 316L stainless steel for our buckles.
How long does shipping take?
We offer worldwide shipping. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the selected shipping method and destination.
Do I need special tools to install my new strap?
While some straps can be changed by hand, we recommend using a professional spring bar tool to prevent scratching your watch lugs. We offer high-quality installation tools in our accessories section.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. Please note that custom-made items or straps that have been mounted to a watch are not eligible for return.
Are your straps waterproof?
Our rubber and nylon collections are 100% waterproof and ideal for diving or sports. Our leather straps are water-resistant but we recommend avoiding prolonged submersion to maintain the integrity of the leather.
